My initial evaluation session will generally last one hour.  Follow-up sessions can be scheduled after we meet.  A follow up appointment can last for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour depending on what is decided when we meet.

All fees must be paid at the time of the appointment. Checks are preferred.  Also cards and cash are accepted. I currently do not accept Apple pay nor other mobile device or phone payment modalities.

I ACCEPT MEDICARE and ANTHEM / BLUE CROSS and BLUE SHIELD and I also provide my patients with forms and necessary information to submit into their insurance carriers for reimbursement under their coverage for out-of-network providers. 

This management practice allows me to focus on providing my patients with more substantial and longer sessions.  Additionally, this approach ensures complete patient confidentiality for patients who choose not to notify their insurance carriers or employers of provided care.
Clients are charged $100 for missed appointments that are not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

After hours emergencies
For established patients, Dr. Eddy is available by cell phone after hours for emergencies such as medication reactions or any other safety concerns.

Even if you are not yet a patient but are having suicidal thoughts, please call a suicide hotline at 1-800-suicide or 1-800-273-talk to talk to a person, or call 911 or at the very least get yourself to the nearest emergency room for an evaluation.
